Refund Policy

RizzMe is operated by AuraCoder. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including subscriptions and credit packs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

All RizzMe payments are processed by our payment provider Selar, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Selar.

To request a refund, visit your Selar orders page and look up your purchase, or contact us through the app support section and we will help you submit the request.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. You can cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription option in Settings. If you believe the current period should also be refunded, request a refund within the 30-day window above.
