Privacy Policy

RizzMe is operated by AuraCoder ("AuraCoder", "we", "us"). AuraCoder is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy — we decide how and why your data is processed.

Device identifier generated locally on your device. Selected vibe preference. Credit and subscription status. Content you upload for generation including images and text. Community posts and comments you create. App usage patterns for improving the service.

Your real name unless you voluntarily provide it in community profile. Your email address. Your phone number. Your location. Any personal identifying information beyond what you choose to share.

To provide the core app features including line generation and analysis. To manage your credit balance and subscription status. To display your community content. To improve the AI models and app experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the app features you use, managing your purchases), based on our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), and where required to comply with legal obligations.

Images you upload for generation are sent to our AI provider Anthropic for analysis and are not stored permanently. They are processed in real time and discarded after generation is complete.

Posts and comments you make in the community are publicly visible to all RizzMe users. Anonymous posts do not display your device identifier or any identifying information. You can delete your own posts at any time.

We use cloud hosting and database services to run the app, and AI providers to generate content. Payment data is handled by Selar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases — Selar collects and processes your payment details, manages subscriptions, tax compliance and invoicing under its own privacy policy (selar.com/privacy). We never see or store your card details. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.

Your device user data is retained for as long as you use the app. You can request deletion of all your data by using the Delete Account option in Settings which permanently removes all your data from our systems.

RizzMe is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

You have the right to access your data, request correction, and request deletion. Use the Delete Account feature in Settings or contact us through the app.

We use industry standard security measures including Row Level Security on our database and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
